  It's not just about eating more. Here's what's really holding you back . Whenever we talk about fitness goals people only talk about  how to lose weight. There is always one thing that is neglected is how to gain weight.  Weight gain is as physically and mentally tiring as weight loss. Let's discuss the most common problems people face when trying to gain weight. You might feel that you are eating too much but the calories you intake are not enough. It may be that you are eating too much at one time but skip other meals , and you are eating low-calorie food (like: fruits and salads) that makes you feel full with not enough energy.  Some people have a naturally faster metabolism than others which means that they burn more calories faster than low metabolism people and you may not know that you are burning more calories than you intake.
