Are your thoughts the same when you wake up in the morning? My eyes open and I start thinking who am I, what date is today, why did I wake up, why did this alarm ring so early I just slept 2 hours (although I slept for 11 hours) then thinking what day is today and then I suddenly realise oh! Today is Monday and "Monday blues" crash over me and after all this.
